Harmonizely – what is it?
Harmonizely is a free scheduling tool that provides a reliable, very easy to use and fast solution for scheduling meetings with your clients. It integrates with your online calendar: Google, iCloud, FastMail, Nextcloud, Zoho or any CalDAV compatible calendar.
How to get started with Harmonizely & Chatagents.com.
If you do not already have a Harmonizely account, register at https://app.harmonizely.com/register/ or sign up at https://app.harmonizely.com/login.
Once you have completed the signup process and set up the basic profile, you should see the main dashboard.
Next, you should do the following:
1. Connect a calendar such as Google, iCloud, Office365, or another.
2. Go to Meeting Types > Create Meeting Type .
Repeat this process to set up multiple meeting types, if you wish.
You should then see all of your meeting types under the menu item Meeting Types Menu
How do I allow ChatAgents to schedule appointments on behalf of my clients with Harmonizely?
In order to schedule appointments on behalf of your clients with Harmonizely, our agents will need access to your Harmonizely Calendar Meeting Link. The following steps will show you how to retrieve and share the link to your Harmonizely calendar.
Click Meeting Types on your Harmonizely Dashboard.
You will see the list of your Meeting Types.
Click the Copy Link icon and copy the calendar link. Repeat the same process to copy the links for all your meeting types.
How to Send Your Harmonizely Calendar Link to Chatagents.com
Please share your booking calendar link by logging into the integration page of your Chat Agents account. To do this, go to https://my.chatagents.com/ in your Chat Agents dashboard and go to “Integrations,” which should open https://my.chatagents.com/integrations.
Look for Harmonizely and check the “Enable” box.
Then click on the “Help Icon” next to “Enable” and a form should open.
Paste the links you copied from Harmonizely and any messages or special instructions you want to send to our chat agents into this form.
Once you do this, our support team will set it up, usually within 24 hours. Once set up, our chat agents can now start scheduling appointments, either by sharing the link with chat visitors so they can book an appointment with you, or by asking for the details and scheduling your appointment for them.
